ANNUAL WINTER QUILTING RETREAT

Join us for a weekend getaway filled with fun, friendship, food and, of course, quilting!!!
Work on completing those UFO’s or start something new that you’ve always wanted to try.

RESERVATIONS: The retreat will be registered under Tangled Threads Quilt Shoppe.
Please contact Viamede Resort directly at 705-654-3344 to reserve your room.
A deposit of $75.00 will be required in advance of the retreat date to secure your reservation.

*** Please advise the resort of any special dietary needs/requirements when registering.

Shared Accommodation: $310.74/person ($275 + HST)
Single Accommodation: $360.46/person ($319 + HST)

CHECK-IN: Friday - 3:00pm CHECK-OUT: Sunday – 11:00am
While the check-in & check-out times are as noted above, our sewing room will be available to us from noon on Friday to 4:00pm on Sunday.
We will have the use of the Kawartha Room (accommodates up to 25 quilters) in the main lodge.
Viamede will open up the Hilltop space as well if additional spaces are required.

MEALS (a la carte from pre-determined menus):
Refreshments served throughout the day. Six (6) meals are included in our weekend pkg:
Friday – Dinner
Saturday – Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Sunday – Breakfast, Lunch

Note: A $15 registration fee/person has been established to offset “extras” including prizes, etc. & may be paid in advance
either at the shop or on arrival at the resort.

COMING MARCH 1, 2012 ......$10 FLANNEL SAMPLER!

We provide enough fabric for all of your blocks for the nominal fee of $10, you purchase the finishing fabric.
Beginning March 1, 2012, simply register for our flannel sampler and purchase the 1st of the 9 blocks.


Blocks finish out at 12". Complete each month's block, bring it into the shoppe & you'll receive your next block for free.
Miss a month? ....well, it's kitchen duty for you!
Just kiddin on the kitchen duty, but an additional fee of $5 will be charged for each month that is missed.
